Laura Packard, LICSW


Laura has a BA in Liberal Arts with concentrations in Psychology and English, and an MSW from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a focus on trauma.

Laura has experience with Bipolar, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, LGBTQIA+, Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD and Postpartum depression. She is a Massachusetts native that has been involved in human services since she was 18 starting in residential group homes. She is currently a practicing LCSW and working towards her LICSW. Laura continues to learn and incorporate successful interventions to help her patients navigate their personal wellness journeys. She strives to provide a safe, judgment-free space where those struggling from past trauma, mental illness, or grief can learn and implement the skills necessary for healing and growth. She always acknowledges that they are the experts in their own lives while validating and supporting their experiences. Her approach is strength-based and client-centered.

Laura provides telehealth services for clients ages 12-50, and when working with adults she focuses on working with women and their unique struggles. Therapy techniques used are a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Meditation and Mindfulness.
