Julie Flint, LICSW


Julie is a licensed certified social worker (LICSW) and board-certified music therapist (MT-BC). Julie strives to partner with individuals to create an open and warm space that fosters trust and growth. Julie prides herself in being sensitive to each individual's emotional, psychological, and practical needs.

As a clinical social worker, Julie specializes in working with adults experiencing challenges related to bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. She focuses on both managing immediate mood disorder episodes and long-term maintenance with a focus on stability. Julie also specializes in working with adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She is also experienced in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, she integrates narrative, somatic, solutions focused, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and music therapy.

Julie graduated with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Simmons University in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in both Music Therapy and Flute performance from Seattle Pacific University in 2013.
