Haley is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who has experience working with diverse populations in both individual and group settings. Haley has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in school, hospital, home, and correctional environments. Through her clinical experiences, Haley has developed a strengths-based, client-centered approach with a focus on cultural humility and trauma-informed care. Haley utilizes evidence-based practices with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Haley has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and codependency struggles.  

Haley’s goal is to empower clients with skills and knowledge to build self-esteem, diversify coping mechanisms, enhance problem-solving skills, and gain an understanding of how internal states are related to the decisions individuals make. She offers a welcoming, non-judgmental space in which collaboration is prioritized to produce realistic techniques to reach clients’ goals.

Haley received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Family and Child Sciences in 2018 and went on to receive her Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University.
