We perceive that therapy is only for people with mental instability or who struggle with situations they cannot handle in their everyday lives. Therapy can sometimes be challenging, and it may be challenging to find the perfect therapist. Everyone should have access to a reliable soundboard. I work with a variety of individuals or couples with different needs. I help individuals combat; depression, anxiety, marital circumstances, and family disputes. Honesty is the foundation of one of my therapeutic tools. “Believing in yourself will help you to see your authenticity.”
I graduated from Bay Path College in 2010 with a Bachelor’s in Arts in Liberal Studies. I also graduated in 2015 with a Master's Degree in Education Mental Health Counselor M.Ed.
