Director of Integration and Implementation


Emily is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families in clinical, community-based, and school-based settings. Emily has previously worked on a crisis triage team assessing for immediate risk, creating individualized safety plans, and resourcing agencies to ensure a well-rounded and supportive treatment approach. Emily utilizes evidence-based treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with an emphasis on a client-centered and strengths-based approach.

Emily focuses on providing care that meets each client’s specific needs to ensure an individualized therapeutic experience. Emily has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and other mental health needs.

Emily utilizes a collaborative approach in order to empower her clients to build upon their personal strengths. Emily strongly believes in the importance of creating a safe and inclusive space that allows her client’s to be present as their authentic self.

Emily earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Siena College in 2017 and completed a Masters in Social Work (MSW) at The State University of New York in Albany in 2021.
