Hello! My name is Austin Estrella (He/Him), and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker committed to supporting and guiding individuals through the complexities of life. With my educational foundation from Simmons University, where I graduated in 2023 with a Master of Social Work (MSW), I bring a blend of fresh, evidence-based insights and genuine compassion to the therapeutic process.
My journey in mental health services has equipped me with valuable experience in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and the myriad of obstacles life may throw your way. Having worked as a Mobile Crisis Clinician and an Adult Outpatient Therapist, I have been fortunate enough to witness the incredible strength and resilience that individuals possess, even in the face of overwhelming adversity.
I firmly believe that each person I meet carries within them a unique and inherent value, deserving of exploration and nurturing. Life, with all of its beauty and challenges, is a journey worth embracing. As J.R.R. Tolkien wisely penned, “Not all those who wander are lost.” In navigating this journey, we may encounter winding paths and rugged terrains, yet it is through these experiences that we uncover our innate resiliency and capacity for growth.
